Constant training:
Schroder offers training to all the employees connected to the distribution and marketing areas for ANBID – CPA20 certification. It also offers, in special cases, training to employees connected to the management area for the CFA certification. Furthermore, we also offer, to all employees who have been with the company for 3 years, and who have had excellent appraisals, a scholarship for an MBA in Brazil (limits and conditions may vary).
